2.1 Core AI Partnership Model
- Audit Services: Business analysis and AI opportunity identification (£295 - £495)
- Pilot Projects: Small-scale AI system implementation (£995 - £1,995)
- Retainer Services: Ongoing AI partnership and support (£300 - £750 per month)
2.2 AI Coaching Services
- Quick Fix Sessions: 60-90 minute coaching sessions (£397)
- VIP Coaching Package: 3 x 90 minute structured sessions (£997)
- Long-Term Partnership: Monthly coaching sessions (£797 per month)
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Service Booking
- Services must be booked through our official website or direct contact
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion
3.2 Payment Terms
- Audit services: Payment due upon booking confirmation
- Pilot projects: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
- Retainer services: Monthly payment in advance
- Coaching services: Payment due upon booking or as agreed
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Client Cancellation
- Audit services: 48 hours notice required for full refund
- Coaching sessions: 24 hours notice required for rescheduling
- Pilot projects: Cancellation terms agreed in project contract
- Retainer services: 30 days notice required for termination
4.2 Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies
- Client breach of these Terms
- Technical issues beyond our control
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our IP
- All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain our property
- Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes
- Our branding, logos, and content may not be used without permission
5.2 Client IP
- Clients retain ownership of their existing intellectual property
- We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes
- Confidential information will be protected under separate agreements
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Client business information and data
- Strategic plans and competitive information
- Financial information and performance metrics
- Any information marked as confidential
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Limitations
- Our services are advisory and consultative in nature
- Implementation success depends on client execution and external factors
- We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI
7.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or system failures
- Third-party actions or decisions
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate in good faith during service delivery
- Implement recommendations at their own discretion and risk
- Maintain appropriate data security and backups
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Internet or technology failures
- Pandemics or health emergencies
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using our services, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
